OEP day 8 and week 1 results - Well after a week on Oxyelite Pro, I am officially down 3.9 lbs, 2.6 of which are pounds of fat. Not too bad, not outstanding though. I will not that I only worked out 4 times and I would call it light to medium in intensity. Also, I have already been *trying* to diet, so there wasn't a lot of water weight, which helps in some of those big 'first week' numbers you might see out there.
I do have a little gripe, though, about someone who is going on this adventure with me, we will call him 'Mr.'. Mr. seems to think that eating like he has been to maintain his fat self (and even eating as much as he has to sometimes gain) and not exercising while doing this is a good idea. This morning he was UP 1.2 lbs, .9 of which was fat. The moral? You still have to eat reasonably on OEP, ESPECIALLY if you are not going to exercise, there is no magic pill.
Enough ranting. This week, I went from 210.5 to 206.6, for a total loss of 3.9 lbs. My fat went from 76.6 to 74 lbs for a total loss of 2.6 lbs. On to week two. I did fine on three pills yesterday, so I am trying them again today. Keep you posted.

OEP day 7 - Took two pills this morning, got hot and sweaty...ewww. Final weight loss for the week will be posted in the a.m. because, as you should know, the day one weigh in was my starting weight. That means my final weigh in will be the day I stop taking OEP. Working out was a flop this week, it only happened two days and doesn't look like it will happen today either, darn that Diablo III. LOL. Keep you posted.

OEP day 5 - So, I am doing just fine on 2 pills a day (one in the morning and one 6 -8 hours later ) I am doing two today and tomorrow as well before I try three. I am not even noticing hunger pains anymore. Cravings are manageable as long as I stay aware of myself. It would be too easy to keep eating sweets, but it is not hard to say no when you aren't the least bit hungry. No workouts again yesterday ( Mother's day ) but I will start again today. I lost a pound since yesterday, half of it was fat. I have lost 2.3 lbs total so far and 1.5 of those pounds were fat. Not too bad. Keep you posted.

OEP (oxyelite pro) day 3 - Yesterday wasn't so good food wise, a few 'cravings' got the better of me and we ate at the carnival. Oh well. I am up .2 lbs but am down .1 lb of body fat. Overall I am alright with that. Oh my goodness, I am sooooo tired this morning. I am thinking of taking a melatonin cap tonight. I don't think it is the OEP keeping me up but a sore body and laying down for less than seven hours in stead of nine or more. Will keep you posted.

Oxyelite Pro day 2 - So, if you don't sleep well, don't lay down after you take your morning pill. It takes 15 - 30 minutes to kick in and if you lay down right after taking it, you might just fall asleep like I did. Not too long, about 45 minutes, but I hated 'waisting' that time. Oh well. Finished day 2 of the 30 Day Shred and will do another 20 minute pilates session today later. I like the pilates before bed, it is a nice little core workout but nothing too intense and all the stretching is sort of relaxing. In case anyone is wondering, I am eating 300 calories a meal, four meals a day plus 55 calories in gummy vitamins. I am not hitting the nail on the head with my calories, just keeping it within 10-15 calories of my 'goal' at every meal. Without exercising (or OEP) I should be losing about 2 lbs a week on this.
Almost forgot my weight. Yesterday my scale said 210.5 lbs with 76.6 lbs being fat. Today it said 209.2 lbs with 76.2 lbs being fat.

So, today I started OEP, and it was fantastic!!! I never felt hungry, there were foods that sounded good and I felt stomach pains, but I didn't identify them as hunger pains. In fact, I spent 10 minutes this morning with 'cramps' before I realized that I had been up for over two hours with out eating anything. Once I ate, the 'cramps' went away. I never got jitters and the energy felt natural, I did notice that I was more focused than is normal for me though. All in all, I am super excited. Not only did I complete my planned morning workout (30 Day Shred) but I just completed a 20 minute pilates video (I thought a nice stretch before bed would be good). Also, I had no problems sticking to my new eating plan (not hard when you are not hungry). I am trying to use the next eight weeks to start up some good habits for my self. I will keep you posted.
Day 1 oxyelite pro... so I took my first pill 15-30 minutes ago, didn't check the time. I had the WORST night's sleep that I have had in a long time but I am now feeling wide awake, ready and raring to go, in fact I sat down to check e-mail and start this blog while I was waiting for it to kick in and now I can't wait to get off the computer and do something...I will come back later today and tell you more of what is up...
