So, today I started OEP, and it was fantastic!!! I never felt hungry, there were foods that sounded good and I felt stomach pains, but I didn't identify them as hunger pains. In fact, I spent 10 minutes this morning with 'cramps' before I realized that I had been up for over two hours with out eating anything. Once I ate, the 'cramps' went away. I never got jitters and the energy felt natural, I did notice that I was more focused than is normal for me though. All in all, I am super excited. Not only did I complete my planned morning workout (30 Day Shred) but I just completed a 20 minute pilates video (I thought a nice stretch before bed would be good). Also, I had no problems sticking to my new eating plan (not hard when you are not hungry). I am trying to use the next eight weeks to start up some good habits for my self. I will keep you posted.
