OEP day 8 and week 1 results - Well after a week on Oxyelite Pro, I am officially down 3.9 lbs, 2.6 of which are pounds of fat. Not too bad, not outstanding though. I will not that I only worked out 4 times and I would call it light to medium in intensity. Also, I have already been *trying* to diet, so there wasn't a lot of water weight, which helps in some of those big 'first week' numbers you might see out there.
I do have a little gripe, though, about someone who is going on this adventure with me, we will call him 'Mr.'. Mr. seems to think that eating like he has been to maintain his fat self (and even eating as much as he has to sometimes gain) and not exercising while doing this is a good idea. This morning he was UP 1.2 lbs, .9 of which was fat. The moral? You still have to eat reasonably on OEP, ESPECIALLY if you are not going to exercise, there is no magic pill.
Enough ranting. This week, I went from 210.5 to 206.6, for a total loss of 3.9 lbs. My fat went from 76.6 to 74 lbs for a total loss of 2.6 lbs. On to week two. I did fine on three pills yesterday, so I am trying them again today. Keep you posted.
